Is it enough to brace these beams to cover the hole in the picture? There will be floor chipboard and laminate on top later, sill plate, insulation, plastic, and gypsum in what will become the ceiling.
I had slotted the studs at the bottom 45x45 on both sides and then glued and screwed a 45x45 which you then place the studs on. Maybe it’s overkill but it would have felt better
