Is it foolish to install click flooring in the basement? The house is from 1954 and the basement floor is probably a bit damp since the floor paint is peeling in some places. And when we had the house inspected, the inspector said that the floor had somewhat high moisture levels but that it was common in old houses. Maybe I should go for tiles instead?
