Clearance sales of building materials?

Planning to renovate a home of about 100sqm this year. It's not urgent.

I wonder if there are clearance sales of building materials that one might not be aware of? Not the classic 20% sale, but significant discounts.

Batches of outgoing materials can be bought at most building supply stores and paint/floor/tile shops. As a rule, no problem getting them for 50% off the price. Sometimes even less.

Batches of outgoing materials can be bought at most hardware stores and paint/floor/tile shops. Usually no problem to get them for 50% of the price. Sometimes even less.

I was thinking more about whether there were larger recurring sales by any supplier/manufacturer. It is common among clothing manufacturers.
