Thinking about what to choose.....
If you disregard the price difference, what are their pros and cons?
By the way, what price have you gotten for each?

A roof tile gives a more vibrant roof. Sheet metal requires painting work after a couple of years. Look for used roof tiles on, for example, Blocket.se and dare to invest... It shouldn't cost more than installing a new sheet metal roof.
Painting after a couple of years? Where did you get that from?
Sheet metal, like Lindabpan, is around 100:-/m2
Roof tiles from 120:-
Concrete tiles from 50:-
I’m going to redo my own roof next year, currently there’s type llp20 sheet metal on it, which isn't very pretty.
I’ll probably go with tile-effect sheet metal as the house would suit it, plus I don't think the structure could handle a concrete roof.
In my opinion, clay tiles are best suited for grand buildings, and my house is not one of those :>

Clay tiles require a roof pitch of around 21-24 degrees.
Concrete tiles can go as low as 16 degrees.
Below this, metal sheets, felt, or the excellent, ridiculously expensive sedum roof (grass roof)
Or other clever materials that I can't think of right now.
