Choosing cabinet hinges?

Need help finding suitable hinges for a floor hatch in the deck. Since the hatch is adjacent to the pool, it needs to be stainless steel. Additionally, there is a lot of running around the pool, so they should be hidden/under the hatch.

If the hatch should also align with the rest of the decking, you might need hinges that first lift up over the edge before being able to fold up? I've read some threads about gas springs for similar hatches, but not about the actual mounting...

The hatch is about 1600x1110 mm and very heavy.

I would have turned it into two smaller compartments that can be opened more easily. Unfortunately, I have no tips about hinges.
