Choosing board for ceiling with microcement

Considering a solution for the laundry room and would like to frame down the ceiling with a board and then spread microcement on it. What is the best choice of board in that case?
Of course, it shouldn't cost more than necessary.

I now realize that I missed an important part of my question! I'm planning to have släpljus, meaning a gap between the ceiling and the wall with a hidden LED strip. That's what's complicating things for me. If it had gone all the way to the edge, I would probably have installed a panel, like in the bathroom.

This is a quickly thrown-together sketch. Spotlights in the middle and LED strip around.

Then I also need to figure out the distance to the wall and how far in the strip should be placed. And whether it should be angled up towards the ceiling or out towards the wall...

Agree with @Jonatan79, install ceiling gypsum. You can also check in the group https://www.facebook.com/groups/microcement there should be someone else who has done this before and maybe has advice or tips.
