I have just received quotes for material for the deck and furnishing of the upper floor to be completed this summer/fall. I've narrowed it down to two companies with equivalent materials. The biggest difference is in the OSB boards. One company can deliver OSB 3 Sterling Zero and the other with Contifinish. I know that Contifinish is smoother and more moisture-resistant on the surface. But is it necessary for the interior walls in the rooms? Are there any other quality differences? There will be gypsum over it as well.
