I'm in the process of building a "friggebod" with an adjacent wood storage. I'm considering the choice of siding on the "friggebod" where the wood will be against it. Otherwise, I plan to use painted vertical paneling and my idea is to use corresponding pressure-treated wood where the wood will be placed. What does the expertise think about that?
I think you can have the same panel as on the rest of the shed.
I have a wood storage on the long side of my shed, and that panel hasn't taken any damage yet in 13 years.
If you're worried, you can put a masonite board or something between the panel and the wood to protect the paint a bit.
