We are in the process of renovating an old stable with everything that entails. I have looked at different threads regarding the floor that I partly have to tackle to get it to the same level, i.e., the lowest level. I guess renting a floor saw is preferable when you need to lower the ridge elevation for feed where the animals used to stand. The old channels need to be filled and a layer of new concrete over the entire floor. There seem to be many ideas on how to bond old concrete with new concrete. Has anyone done this before and has some good experiences to share?
