hi, is there anyone who has an idea of how much it costs to get new sheets on a roof? The house is a normal size, 150 m2, 2 valleys (short about 2 meters each), bargeboards, gutters, chimney flashing (large chimney with 8 pipes), a straight dormer. The tinsmith I talked to said that a normal villa usually costs 60-75 thousand finished with VAT, seems expensive to me. what do you think?
