Ceiling with beams of wood or metal?

There should be space for spotlights and speakers. Should I use metal or wooden studs?

I've heard wood is cheaper, while metal is more expensive. Is that correct? Other pros and cons?

The most common today is sparse panel 28*70 mm, cheap and good, and the electrician has something to attach boxes and clamps for the conduit to.

I was thinking it should be a bit deeper than 28 mm, considering speakers and spotlights...

But you mean that metal studs are overkill?

Is it a house or an apartment? New or old?
A normal house with an attic above, you place pottor where spotlights should be.
If it is a concrete floor you are building on the ceiling, the question is how much space your speakers take up and how much you need to lower the framework.
If you need to lower it a lot, metal is probably preferred.

It is a concrete roof. Villa built in '82.

That's the tricky part. I haven't bought the speakers yet. The ones I've looked at are 8 cm. It feels like a lot of ceiling height is lost there.
Maybe biga in the concrete?
