Going to install ceiling gypsum now on the underlayment, and wondering what to choose. Will have downlights in these ceilings, bathroom, living room, etc...
Is it regular ceiling gypsum that you screw up, spackle, and paint?
Or what is available?

Yepp, regular 13 mm plasterboard, which you paint with wet room paint. I think wet room plasterboard is only used in the walls. Anyone else know???

And in the living room if you want a little variation. Or is it common ceiling gypsum here too?
What do you have?

I have installed standard 2.40 gypsum in the ceiling. The painter would have preferred gypsum board, but it turned out really nice after a few coats of spackling. Personally, I prefer smooth ceilings.

PS Gypsum the ceilings before you put up the interior walls if possible..... DS

Thank you...

And rent a drywall lift when you install the boards, they are ridiculously cheap to rent; I rented one for an entire weekend for 75:- and I promise it saves time.

Yes, a drywall lift is a must! Especially if the panels need to go up almost 4 meters....

2.50 is enough to see the profit. Just lift up the skiva and then adjust it. Then press it in with the lift. You can screw it in later at your leisure.
