Hello
I'm going to build a garage and have some questions about cc measurements for studs in the exterior wall. There won't be any installation layer on the inside; I plan to only install OSB (10mm) and then drywall (13mm).

Option 1. First, I do the right wall with both OSB and drywall and then the left wall (lower illustration in the picture).

Option 2. First, I install OSB on the right wall, then the left wall. After that, drywall on the right wall and then the left wall (upper illustration in the picture).

If I go with option 1, should I cut the panels 26mm for the left wall so they end up in the middle of stud D, or should I move out stud D and then continue with CC 60?

If I go with option 2, should I then cut all the panels (except the first OSB for the right wall)?

Or should I do it in a completely different way?

Do according to 2.
Do not move D.
Start the gypsum with a half sheet, partly to avoid having seams align with OSB and gypsum, and partly to avoid having the beveling of the gypsum in the corner.

Yes, there will be a bit of cutting on 3 sheets.

If you place a metal bracket between the OSB and gypsum in the corner, you get a very tight and strong corner.
