It's about the ceiling. I have a craftsman who claims it should be cc30 to install ceiling gypsum. Otherwise, the gypsum will sag.
Is that true? I've always used cc60 and 13mm and there hasn't been any problem. At least I haven't noticed anything.

Correct! Roof run CC30.

You can drive 30 or 40. But if you choose 40, you must complement with transverse ends so that no gypsum edge is unsupported.
