Casting own L-support
A thread like this is always interesting.
I was considering casting it myself too, but chose to build with gabions instead.
I received a completely insane quote for L blocks for my wall, it was almost 200,000 SEK with shipping and having them lifted into place with a crane truck, a corresponding wall with gabions costs me 25,000 SEK...
We estimated the cast wall would cost somewhere between 15,000-20,000 SEK, but it was dropped due to the complexity of casting a 20-meter-long and 2-meter-high L-support with an angle at one end.

but I think they are usually cast laying down.J jhenrikj said:
still tricky. Someone I know cast their own, but after a couple of years they cracked at the angle..
I think Mr. P S has likely ended up in the "graveyard of silent witnesses" after his great enthusiasm about casting those super large chunks himself...
Not all engineers can be winners and find solutions...
if you're not the owner of a concrete casting company, you buy these things. Engineer or not.T tobbbias said:
blast stone is more beautiful in every way. If you make these yourself, they are also cheaper. But then you must have access to the internet.
I don't know what you're trying to say, but you probably don't know me, I don't care about your underwear, and I don't know who Fariidh is.E Erik Salhammar said:
