Cast insulation in edge beam

How do you easily place and fix insulation inside the edge beam?
L-elements are excluded.

How do you place and secure insulation inside the edge beam most easily?
L-shaped elements are excluded.

Did you come up with a solution? I'm in the same predicament and don't want to use L-shaped elements as it is an existing building that will get a cast-in-place edge beam.
