Carpentry Workshop - cheap flooring?

Conservatory in one of the outbuildings of about 20 sqm that we are going to convert into a carpentry workshop. Currently, it lacks flooring but is constructed in such a way that joists would fit very well with good ventilation underneath. The plan is to have about 120mm insulation in the floor and keep it warm year-round with at least +5°. The roof and walls will be insulated this fall.
Right now, we want to keep the budget low and wonder how to install a sturdy floor in the simplest and cheapest way. Use tighter center-to-center measurements and go with the rough tongue and groove?

Painted chipboard also works well, preferably a 2K floor paint

Is it safe to place it in a cold storage? The ambition is to keep it warm, but I still thought I would assume that it could be cold and the humidity is likely to vary a bit in spring/autumn. I was considering a chipboard as well but worried that it might be affected by potential changes. But perhaps I'm thinking wrong?

First, you should have it warm and then cold; in any case, chipboard will hold as long as it doesn't get wet. It can withstand non-condensing conditions.

Okay, we'll assume the floor should be able to withstand being cold-set, so I'll build with the right conditions
Sorry for my slightly confused posts.
In any case, it shouldn't get wet except for moisture from a little spilled paint and a well-chilled drink on days when one is a bit clumsy.

Compared a bit and it turns out to be cheaper to install Byggmax wooden flooring in the outbuilding/workshop than a chipboard floor.

On days when one is a bit clumsy from well-chilled drinks, one should stay away from carpentry machines.Chrissofsweden said:

I think what you're considering is a non-issue.
