As you have drawn, I don't believe in it very much; you will have a 1.5m beam lacking some support. Risk of deflection.

Are these beams possibly the lower chord in the truss as well? If so, you should consider taking up the tensile force. Usually, you would then notch a horizontal batten into the lower chord if it is cut.
Exactly as you said, it's a lower chord of a truss with 120cm between the trusses. So should it be possible with a horizontal batten to the next truss to brace this? On one side, a beam goes between the trusses. I assume I should then continue with another batten after that to the next truss?

You probably can't just connect trusses, etc. without also needing to reinforce where the load now increases. I recommend that you hire a structural engineer, which also facilitates the process when it comes to the application required for the construction notification to the municipality.

Yes, I think the same. Have contacted one but wanted to check the situation a bit here first :)

This is what our stairs look like A white staircase with a wooden railing and a phone on top.

Thanks, but I don't have the same opportunity to build a similar staircase. My stairwell is only 2.83m long before a load-bearing wall comes.
