Yes, there should be a ridge beam according to the red line as well. There should be something resembling a beam along the green line too, which helps to support the roof rafters belonging to the main section. The purple line represents a valley support at the intersection between the roof shapes in the inner corner of the L. Additionally, the hip issues complicate things. The best solution would be if you could find a roof plan as well.
