I come from Denmark, but live in Hästveda/Hässleholm. I hope you understand what I'm writing.
I would like to start with some fine carpentry, and in that connection, I would like to get hold of some birch plywood in quality B/BB.
Now I've checked as well as I could on the internet, and I only find www.bygghemma.se. But I would like to see and feel the materials before I buy them - and the shipping is at least 550 kr.
Are there any stores in Skåne that have a bit finer plywood in stock? If I order from my local building store, I am obligated to buy.
Do you have any ideas?

Thank you Tyresö. But yes - I had found that site, as I mentioned, but would rather be able to pick out the boards I would use. A sheet 1200x2440pl 18mm plywood costs after all 1000 kr.
These are not cheap fabrics you have to buy...
Hi, isn't there a carpentry nearby where you can buy from? That's what I usually do. They aren't more expensive than the building supply stores, on the contrary, if you bring some pastries, you might even get to borrow the panel saw as well.
I can see you live in Skåne just like me. Where is the snickeri located? It would be cool to visit a place where you could possibly also buy some ädelträ. If it's not something you want to share publicly, please feel free to send a personal message.

I do think I've seen such things in building supplies around Malmö/Lund, but I haven't looked closely since I haven't needed it. I *believe* I've seen birch plywood at P&G Woody in Södra Sandby. If you're headed down to Malmö occasionally, there's Fredricsons Trä in Arlöv. (http://www.fredricsons.com)
Fredricsons is normally a wholesaler but also sells to individuals on Friday afternoons if I remember correctly. There is plenty of hardwood and other furniture-dry wood here; they surely have birch plywood.
