Building Ytong on HEA BEAM??

Hello

I'm going to build an outer wall with ytong on an HEA beam.
The deflection is 6 mm max.

My question is

- Is it possible to build directly on the steel?
- Do I need to cast a foundation?
- How do I solve this?

I don't want to embed the beam because it's not necessary.

I just spread the thin-set mortar on the beam and stacked the blocks on it.

Some expert probably has objections but mine hasn't collapsed during these two years...

The beam rests on ytong at the ends and is above a window opening.
