Building interior wall with vertical panel

I'm going to build an interior wall with vertical beadboard, thickness 15mm. I need to install noggings. I have planned studs 70x45, what should be the spacing between the vertical studs and what should be the spacing between the noggings?

Maybe use studs at 60cm intervals and put up OSB? It will make it easy to nail the panel and provide a bit better sound insulation.

Osb? Thinking of insulating the wall.

Yes, OSB or plyfa, are wood panels commonly used on the outside of studs, with insulation in between of course.
