There are other clamps on the radiator that allow it to be shifted slightly sideways and the thermostat to stick forward. A bit uncertain with a photo angled from the side.
A plumber should be able to solve creating space, with the risk that the radiator won't be centered.
But.
You mention the radiator. If it is the only radiator in the room, it should be replaced with two slightly smaller ones, one in each room.
Neither solution should take a plumber more than half a day.
