Hi, I am planning to put up an interior wall in my "selelskifteslägenhet." From what I understand, one should avoid mineral wool for insulation. What should be used instead?
in an inner wall it probably doesn't matter. It is mainly exterior walls combined with different diffusion properties that can cause problems. but if you want to do it correctly, you can buy linullsisolering. A bit more expensive but natural in every way. Bauhaus sells it but also many building conservation stores.
