Hello,

I am designing a (small) villa that will have three building sections with three shed roofs, all with two floors.

My questions are:
1. Do you build walls all the way up to the roof and then the floor for the second floor inside the house (resting on what?)? Or do you first build walls to the first floor level and then floor joists that rest on the exterior walls to then build the second floor up to the roof?
2. How do you attach a shed roof so it doesn't slide off? And is there a risk that the building section will become skewed over the years from the load of the roof?
3. Are there companies where you can send the design to have the entire frame manufactured in a factory and then assembled on site (like many of the catalog houses)?

I have attached a Word file with a simple drawing of the proposed house...there is also a small guest cottage as a miniature of the villa...
