Building a new house. Profitable to shop in Poland?

Hi. I built a new house 2 years ago and ended up at 2.1 million with a finished house with a garden. I did everything myself except plumbing, painting, electricity, and tiling.
I am thinking of building new again in a few years. So I thought of building the whole house with Ytong and brick facade.
The question is whether it pays off to buy brick and Ytong in Poland?
