Hi, need some advice on closing this doorway.

The house is from the 1940s, and the interior walls are made of lecablock/slagblock
The wall is approximately 95mm~

Should I brick and plaster or is it reasonable to frame and use plywood, plasterboard?

Thanks in advance

It should work with wooden studs and then plasterboard before filling the joint with strips. If you want it a bit more stable, use OSB+plasterboard.
Attach the studs with appropriately long screws and plugs into the wall. To get it as smooth as possible, measure the exact thickness of the wall and cut the stud so that the board material on each side has "space" and aligns with the wall.

Most people probably think that masonry is difficult and messy, while drywall is quick and easy. That's an argument for drywall. However, working with leca blocks also works well. All that's needed is a number of blocks, mortar, and some rebar. And plaster mortar, of course. Tear down all the wood and build with masonry, drill for the rebar in the masonry of the door frame.

I would have done masonry because I like it. But I understand that not everyone shares that taste.

45x45, OSB 10-12mm and then drywall?

Kind of like that.
