We are going to build a 7x3 meter deck. On it, there will be an extension with two rooms, one of which is an expansion of a bathroom. I wonder if anyone knows how stable the veranda needs to be built. Should we pour a frame or use plinths? And the posts supporting the veranda roof, how closely should they be placed to prevent the rooms from collapsing later?

I would be very grateful for an answer if anyone has knowledge about this!
