I have plans to build an outdoor gym but need your help.
The idea is for the construction to support rope climbing, swinging exercises with Roman rings, chin-ups, dips, etc.
My plan is to use 95x95 A-class pressure-treated wood. The highest part above ground should be around 3.5 meters for ropes and rings.
Here are my thoughts.
Should the post be cast into the concrete, or should a post shoe or something else be used so that the post is above ground instead? (A-class is supposed to withstand contact with the ground and moisture as I understand)
Will 95x95 posts hold at that height, or can stability be increased by combining the post with other treated wood?
The part where I intended to hang ropes and Roman rings should have a galvanized pipe running horizontally. I saw that you could drill a hole in the post so that the pipe goes straight through. On the other side, threaded flanges were used, which were then screwed into the post. Possibly, one might drill holes in the post and the pipe and use bolts and nuts to hold it in place. What do you recommend there?
In general, I wonder if my construction will be stable enough. I am attaching a simple drawing and a picture of how one person combined the post with other wood. He explains that the post in the middle he cast straight down while the other 2 are attached with the post above ground using plate and screws.
On the drawing, all lines running vertically are wooden posts, the horizontal ones are galvanized pipes.
If you have tips on how I can make this stable, I would gladly welcome any suggestions.

I don't have a good answer on whether 95x95 will hold. Our "play structure" is built from 195x45 pressure-treated wood. 4.5m to the top. Sure, there's a bit of sway when a friend over 100kg does muscle ups in the rings. The floor consists of 145x45 "decking" with 45mm stall mat on top. The joists underneath are at 45cm intervals with pedestals where the rig is and many garden slabs under the rest. We've used it for 3 years. Very satisfied! If I were to build it today, I'd probably consider a concrete slab as a base instead. The price difference has proven not to be so large.

Brackets with post bases. But the rig is attached to them along with the frame to the decking. Screwed with double through bolts.
It's really nice to be able to go out and do a session together when you get home from work. The whole family usually joins and hangs out then.

It will be much more stable if you have some diagonal reinforcements in the structure.

I am a beginner when it comes to building, so if you have any pictures of what you mean, that would be gold. Really grateful that you all are so helpful. I've gotten the oldest daughter to start training. Now it's the wife and the youngest who should join in on the exercise.
