Hello!

I'm in the process of renovating my home and want to see if it's possible to easily cover some pipes in a smart way without having to do too much carpentry. So, is there anywhere you can order custom-sized or buy more or less ready-made solutions?

What I'd like to cover are the following, water pipes in the living room. Mostly, I want to cover them to make it easier to lay flooring around them. Also because it's an ugly fitting (anyone have tips on more attractive fittings?):

Pipes and wall in living room renovation project with exposed floor and unfinished paint patches. Water pipes on a partially patched wall in a living room, with a metal bracket securing them and a covered item next to the pipes. Two white water pipes with rust, attached to a wall using metal brackets, showing wear and uneven paint on the wall behind.

I'd also like to cover the pipes behind the toilet if possible:

Toilet with exposed plumbing and pipes behind it, set against a tiled floor and wall, seeking renovation ideas to cover and improve aesthetics.

Thank you so much in advance!

Best regards,
Jacob

Hello! I apologize for the "messy" picture, but this is how I did it: a concealed water pipe with a shelf that has an inset back panel. I bought ready-made shelves and a masonite as the back panel.

  • Built-in shelf concealing a water pipe, with five compartments, adjacent to a kitchen cabinet, with items partly obscured in black.
