I probably would have wanted a piece of rubber with high friction under the leg so it can be clamped securely against the floor. You don't want anyone to accidentally topple the wall.

It is not explicitly stated, but I assume that there are adjustable feet at the top and/or bottom. To both weigh in the wall and to put the wall under tension for the friction.

You are absolutely right. I looked everywhere but as you can see in my picture above, there are feet with screw holes. So I attach to the floor and ceiling as well as under and over the wall. So rubber would be to avoid making marks on the parquet. On the other hand, there will be three screw holes for each leg.
