Brick wall - insulate?

Hello

today I have a storage room where two walls are exterior walls made of brick, and I plan to close them in from the inside and insulate to make it frost-free.

How should I think about this, can I use regular glass wool? I was thinking of using a regular vapor barrier/windproofing paper. Can the vertical studs touch the brick, or do I need to set them a few centimeters in? (Mainly thinking because of moisture).

How much space can you spare?
A relatively cheap solution and guaranteed moisture-free is to build up 10-12 cm leca and then plaster.
Not as good as stone wool, but you get it easy to screw up shelves and so on, as well as a durable solution.
But no, nothing should touch the brick, and there are various opinions on how much air gap to have (for the exact details, it's in HusAMA), but I just talked to my sister who is an architect about another matter, and she said they draw in 35mm as standard.

Thanks! The area isn't big enough to do that with, and I have to consider the connection to the ceiling that I also need to insulate. But alright, then I'll put up a stud wall with at least a few centimeters as a gap. Is stone wool what I should use?
