Bosch gsr 18v-60c does not start immediately every time?

bought a Bosch screwdriver this summer that doesn't start when you press the button! What could be wrong?
(The batteries are fully charged)

Has anyone else experienced this?

Sometimes it starts on the first press and sometimes you have to fiddle with all the buttons before it starts, feels like nothing is loose but more like it's in some off mode?

Somewhat old thread but mine is the same. Have you figured out what causes it? A bit annoying sometimes. However, I have noticed that if you manually tighten the bit holder so that the motor turns a little, it starts.

just like mine! Sent it in, something was replaced in the motor then it has worked perfectly since so unfortunately just send it in
