We are going to cast foundations for a couple of gate posts.
Thinking of casting a bolt group to attach the posts to.
But I can only find loose threaded rods to buy, no ready-made bolt groups. But are there any plates you can buy so you can build your own bolt group with a spacer plate?

We always order such things from a blacksmith who manufactures upon order.
Preferably, it should be at least galvanized what you cast in..

Drill holes in a plywood in the pattern you desire. Screw the threaded rods with nuts and washers on both sides. Secure it in the correct position in the footing and cast. Then unscrew the plywood and attach the posts.
