I am going to build an outer wall and plan to use vertical studs (45*170) and to break the thermal bridge, I thought of using horizontal 45*45 studs. Initially, the plan was to have them on the outside, but to facilitate electrical wiring, etc., I thought of placing them on the inside.
I was thinking of having full sheets to increase the torsional rigidity, but to kill two birds with one stone, my idea was to place them at the very inside. Is torsional rigidity affected by this?
The construction will then be (from outside to inside)
cladding -> batten -> wind barrier -> vertical studs (45*170) with insulation -> vapor barrier -> horizontal (45*45) with insulation and electrical conduit -> plywood

With that construction, the house will remain standing.
You can also lay the plywood down, making it sturdy at the joints.

Then we must ask what kind of foundation the house has?
Slab on grade does not require special torsional rigidity, so chipboard is still overkill.
Pier foundation on clay-rich, frost-heaving soil might require you to glue the plywood as well.
On my next build, I will have a slab on grade and OSB, OSB because then you can hang heavy things on the wall.

I live in a particle board house but the new one I'm building or remodeling will be plywood, it even works with the cheapest from byggmax. Or OSB. Particle board creates such unpleasant dust when you cut it, from particle board you get dust, from plywood you get sawdust.

Yes, that's how it is, plywood is wood with glue, particle board is probably glue with wood.

With the advantages that plywood has compared to particle board, it seems like OSB is out of the question as it is more similar to particle board than plywood. So I guess I'll just have to consider whether I should still go with plywood. I have ordered particle board ;-)
There is often a lot of opinions on how it works with plyfa, OSB, and chipboard. The difference is not as big as one might think. Some links referring to practical tests done by SP.

There isn’t much difference between plywood and OSB; OSB is shavings or the leftover scraps after plywood manufacturing (veneer that breaks).
OSB is more wood than glue.
If I have to choose between OSB and plywood behind gypsum, I take the cheaper one without thinking twice.
