The house is from '68 so...
I've been to the metalworker in the village and got window sills made that I'm installing today.
But is it enough, as there's only a week left until I (according to my schedule) insulate and place a vapor barrier, then it will be enclosed?

So, I'm thinking:
Window sills are installed today, sealing around the window frame on the outside.
Scrape and treat the masonite and the studs with Mold-Free and let it dry for a week, then in with insulation and vapor barrier.
I’m open to tips on additional measures.
 
After you've installed the window sills and sealed them, you could always use a water hose to simulate heavy rain against the facade to see if it holds up? It might be a really bad idea, but I probably would have tried it ;)
