Hello

I just started tearing into what will eventually become the new children's room and found a blackish paper that I haven't encountered before. The paper is situated between Masonite with a plastic mat and a wooden floor. In some places, it is also pulled up a bit on the wall. The paper seems to be laminated with a thin plastic with something black in the middle, and it is as thick as regular rag paper. Does anyone know what type of paper this is and if it contains anything hazardous? Grateful for answers!
Black paper-like material found between wood floor and masonite, partly on wall; appears laminated with thin plastic and black substance; query on safety.

Fragment of laminated paper with a black middle layer, possibly construction material, found between hardboard and wooden floor in a renovation project.

No one seen similar papp?

I have asked the same question before but I didn't get an answer then... Although it wasn't because I wondered if it was dangerous but if it was diffusion-proof. I have the same paper fastened to the ceiling. In the wall, there is some form of black plastic, quite thick and feels a bit like a black garbage bag when you feel it.
