Best wall construction for a plastered façade?

I wonder if anyone has any good tips on stucco facades? I've mostly worked with regular wooden facades, but now I'm planning a new house build and I'm a bit interested in stucco facades.
I understand you need a ventilation gap, but it would be fun if someone has any good tips on the overall construction. Minimizing thermal bridges is also an important thing. Do you use regular 9 mm exterior gypsum and plaster on that, or? How do you handle windows and doors? This is going to be low-energy, so I was thinking of at least 300-350 mm insulation in the outer wall.

Kauf Aquapanel is a system.
You nail widely spaced studs to the framework outside the wind barrier, into which you screw aquapanel, which are fiber-reinforced concrete boards. These are then plastered with mesh at all joints, and then large mesh is plastered around the entire building, followed by plastering in two rounds and a final spray plaster layer with the right finish.
Cost is approximately 1000 SEK/sqm for everything.
Plastering on outdoor gypsum is probably not recommended as it is likely too soft. The substrate must be rock-hard to prevent the plaster from cracking.

Hey, just thought about the outdoor plaster...
Is it really that expensive? But the price is based on both materials and work by the construction company?
I got another tip from a builder I talked to, a Norwegian manufacturer has a facade plaster system, www.bewi.no
Has anyone tested this?
