"Best and Cheapest" window/door supplier

Anyone else who has bad experiences with "Bäst&Billigast" like I do?

Ordered 10 windows and a terrace door from them this spring. My experiences are as follows:

- fairly long delivery time. Otherwise, the delivery went quite smoothly.

- it's unfortunate that the windows don't have slots for window sills, but the carpenter and sheet metal worker solved it without any issues.

+ all dimensions were correct, and all windows+door were included in the delivery.

+ the windows looked exactly as we wanted, and they seem to be of good quality

+ the price

I bought 12 flag windows and all of them had damages. They attach the storm hook with an elastic band that rubs on the muntin during transport. There was no chance to inspect these windows so thoroughly upon delivery as I was left standing holding the pallets. Now they claim that I must have damaged the windows when I carried them 10m. I am supposed to receive a can of paint!!!!

Sorry to hear your windows were damaged. I recall that the storm fasteners on my windows were tied outwards with a rubber band so they didn’t make contact with the window…
Stand your ground, it's up to them to prove that you damaged the windows...

I bought 12 sash windows and all of them were damaged. They attach the storm fastener with a rubber band that rubs against the glazing bars during transport. There was no chance to inspect these windows thoroughly upon delivery as I was left holding the pallets.
Now they claim that I damaged the windows when I carried them 10m.
I'm going to get a can of paint!!!!
