Hello!

New here on the forum!

A little description of my house:
I have a brick house built in '66 and it was extended with a gillestuga at a later date.
It's a split-level house and the roof of the gillestuga is level with the ground and on top of that is a sunroom.

Drained with 100mm Pordrän.

Heated supply air through ground heat loop + exhaust air heat pump.

I've been planning to create my long-time dream of having my own home theater, and the gillestuga fits perfectly =)

It's about 2.6 meters from the slab to the ceiling.
The concrete floor is framed with a wooden floor on top.

I will tear everything out because it's been a bit humid.

MY QUESTION:

How should I do it to make it good?

Platon mat on floors and walls and then steel studs?

I was thinking of having a breathable carpet on the floor and paint on the walls.

Grateful for tips and answers!

Remove everything and lay needle felt carpet directly on the concrete, easiest, cheapest, and safest.
