Bargeboards or soffit first?

Hi. My 100 sqm garage is almost finished. Only the underspikning, vindskivor, etc. are missing. I'm going to start with this now. And I'm wondering where to start to make it as easy as possible. Should you take the vindskivor or underspikningen first? Maybe it doesn't matter? Best regards

You first mount the vindskivor and then mount the underspikning.
