just pull a rule under the panel against mice? = mold?
okay, good.. was on that track but no one dared to speculate if it choked the ventilation too much.
It was a carpenter who mentioned that they just put a board underneath, but whether it completely closed up or not I didn't quite catch. - but it sounded convenient..

I was checking out the different perforated strips I could get, but they had quite large holes which contradict what's claimed about mice being able to get through... although, if I first use a net as a complement, they shouldn't be so disturbed that they gnaw through a small hole in the strip, perhaps...
Is it an old farm?, there is no electric fence lying around, stretch this underneath, if it scares horses it probably scares mice 
haha, well, today I spent a grand on electric repellents so why not go all the way and electrify a barrier around the base of the house... bzzZzzzz..

But seriously, the metal strips had like 7mm holes and Anticimex says 5-6mm.. a salesperson said the old school taught that holes as big as a pencil were enough for mice... so I don't know...
I wonder if I should just fasten boards to the foundation and install those mouse bands instead, but it would look awful... at least the metal strips wouldn't be visible...
