I am planning to build an extension that includes a new balcony. Ideally, I would like to avoid using posts, if possible and not too costly. As I understand it, the balcony beams can be attached to the house's floor structure, but the stairs inside the house complicate things. Where the stairs are, the floor structure cannot be attached in that way and needs to be solved differently. Does anyone have any ideas? The dimensions of the balcony are approximately 1.25x3.3m.
