Hi! I need to renovate or replace a balcony on a 1940s villa. But it seems almost impossible to find someone who makes balconies for private individuals. How have you others done it? Do you know of any companies that perform work for private individuals? Note, not carpenters because we don't want a wooden balcony, we want to maintain the existing look.
Today, the balcony rests on beams that go straight into the house. The beams have become rusted because the previous owners did not maintain the metal sheets and fastenings. No one has looked over the railing and slab since the house was built in the 40s.
