That sounds great! The important thing is to have good support against the existing houses and for the trusses to bear in the same direction as the floor joists. If the walls between the houses are tight without openings and built with panels of some kind, they will be very stiff at 2m. However, if you plan to have large heavy windows or large door openings in these walls, you may need to add an extra stud under the wall so that the deflection does not become too large.

If you mean wall studs, the thickness is determined by the insulation thickness you had in mind!

Install a "lintel" on top of the wall studs (under the wall plate) so you don't have to worry about windows/doors or point loads from the roof trusses, see image:
