How do I attach a wall mount for a plasma TV that weighs about 45kg on a simple drywall with a metal stud?
I have found the metal stud with a stud finder, but can I screw into the stud directly without a plug?
Or should I use a special plug for that?
I’m going to use a similar screw, 5-6 cm long, 4x.

Well, Molly is also available for that purpose.... Keeps most things in place...... 
A steel rule is thin so it doesn't affect the material thickness.,..
