Attaching ridge beam to post.

I am building a holiday home (modular house) with a vaulted ceiling and glulam beam. The posts stand on the floor and are attached to the outer wall. The roof will be lifted soon, and I find the instructions for attaching the post to the glulam beam unclear. How is this usually done?

The ridge beam normally rests on the posts/columns, as anchoring nail plates are usually placed on each side.

Thank you! Didn't get spikplåt in my building kit, but I'll go and buy some. Can they be fastened with ankarskruv, or should I nail them?

Sorry, I meant, can I use a perforated plate with anchor screw? Or is a nail plate better?

Spike plate and hole plate are the same thing, right?
It doesn't matter if you screw or nail.
