Attaching gooseneck molding correctly?
How do you do it? Attach to the wall or ceiling or both?
I know from experience that double-mounted trim is impossible to dismantle without breaking something.
"Not supposed" to dismantle these but what is correct??

I've read somewhere that according to AMA, ceiling moldings with a width over 55 mm should be nailed on both edges. I always do that myself, as I think it gives a better result and you get the molding properly aligned against both the wall and ceiling.
Both sides and the nail gun ensure there are not too many swear words when installing this molding. Latex sealant makes it easier when the carpenter makes a mistake. In my opinion, this molding should be banned.
If you let a strip go all the way to the wall and contour saw the other, you won't need any latex sealant. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W02ZLlnSXXY&feature=related
