Does the manufacturer have any instructions for mounting in lightweight concrete? You have a safety aspect regarding glass railings that should obviously be considered, so first, I would try to follow the instructions. If these do not exist or if nothing else is recommended, I would otherwise primarily consider chemical anchors and threaded rods or very long plugs with a carefully chosen screw. If something breaks when attempting to use plugs, then chemical anchors are obviously a backup.
