I will be buying a smaller modular house. It will be placed on a basement/foundation in 250mm leca.
Since the modules do not have a "skirt" down to cover the floor joists, I am considering doing as in the sketch.
I thought of using 45x195 C24, the span will be 6m but with a partition wall in the middle, so in practice, the span for the 45x195 beams in the floor will be a little less than 3 meters. Should be perfectly fine.
The CC measurements won't be exactly 60 here, they will be 63.5 instead if done as in the sketch. OK? (I know it will require a bit of fiddling with the insulation)
The modules are intended (by the manufacturer) to be attached to the leca with base insulation, with my idea/sketch it will essentially be so.
It seems like a good way to do it, but I'm not a carpenter....

Attach a beam of the same dimension to the leca (don't forget the tar paper) and then attach joist hangers to it where you will place the beams. Secure the beam with leca screws and possibly a chemical anchor.
